I'm Hommer Zhao, a manufacturing-export founder based in Shenzhen, China. I spent 2008 to 2014 at Alibaba, where I learned how cross-border trade actually works — how overseas buyers find suppliers, and why most of them never find the good ones.

Since 2014 I've built and run my own B2B manufacturing-export businesses: PCB & PCBA, wire harness, and box build. Real factories, real buyers, real shipments — not a portfolio of advice.

What makes my work different from a typical SEO consultant is the vantage point: I'm the operator. I scale my own export demand with AI-driven international SEO and GEO — today running 10+ multilingual sites that reach buyers in 20+ countries, backed by Google Ads and AI-built content systems. Everything I write here is drawn from doing it, not theorizing about it.
