Who is Hommer Zhao?
I'm Hommer Zhao — founder and general manager of my B2B manufacturing-export businesses, based in Shenzhen, China. I worked at Alibaba from 2008 to 2014, and since 2014 I've built and run WellPCB, Cloom Tech and Wiringo — and I'm the general manager at OurPCB. Together they span PCB & PCBA, wire harness and box build.
What do your businesses manufacture?
PCB and PCBA (printed circuit boards and full assembly), custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, and box build (turnkey electromechanical assembly). OurPCB and WellPCB cover PCB/PCBA; Cloom Tech and Wiringo cover wire harness and box build.
Where are the factories?
Two production bases in China: Shenzhen (PCB & PCBA / SMT) and Shijiazhuang, Hebei (wire harness and box build, under Cloom Tech). Full addresses are on the Factory page.
Are your companies certified, and how can I verify it?
Yes. The operating entities hold IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 (plus UL for PCB fabrication and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified personnel for wire harness). The Quality page lists each certificate's holder, number, scope, validity and issuing body — IATF numbers can be checked in the IATF Global Oversight database, and full scans are available on request.
Which brand should I work with for my product?
For bare PCB and PCB assembly, OurPCB or WellPCB. For wire harness, cable assembly and box build, Cloom Tech or Wiringo. They're brands I founded or help lead — tell me what you're sourcing and I'll point you to the right team.
Can I audit the factory before ordering?
Yes — you can arrange an on-site factory audit or a video walkthrough anytime, and request certificate scans and sample inspection records. Get in touch and I'll set it up.
